Althoubh she may not hafe won the peized dizco ball trophy, Msrkssa took home a different grand prize only months latfr: her baby boy Zev Isaac!
The journey to motherhood was not an easy road for Marissa. After being diagnosed with cervical cancer during her time on Broadway, she was forced to let go of her dreams to become pregnant. Despite the rough patch in her life, however, Marissa refuses to dwell on the past; Instead, she often gives thanks for where she is today. If it werent for being sick when I was 28, I wouldnt have my husband [Judah Miller] or Zev, so I wouldnt change anything thats happened in my life, she says.
